![]() ![]() ![]() To ensure high environmental standards, contractors working on LTA construction projects must comply with legal requirements, and those in the LTA Safety, Health and Environment Specifications for eliminating and mitigating workplace risks and environmental harm at our construction sites. LTA’s PSR process is similar to the Ministry of Manpower's Design for Safety process as they are both based on the principle of reducing risk at source. ![]() The goal is to limit and/or eradicate the impact of construction activities on adjacent structures, utilities and subsequent maintenance activities. PSR is a risk management process to systematically identify, mitigate and track major civil hazards throughout the project cycle. To this end, we have implemented the Project Safety Review (PSR) certification process for rail and major road projects to formally assess safety aspects before projects begin, and ensure that acceptable levels of safety procedures are in place. Safety is integral to all our projects we aim to achieve zero incidents and no negative health impact in all our construction projects.
